Little cook for the Mini

Temp home for my Mini.
Made a few batches of Shrimp Kisses with some Prosciutto while the XL cooked the standing rib roast and lamb roast. Fun little grill.

Tasty looking cook. Would the kiss for the shrimp be a strip of jalapeno?

Yes, little jalapeno and jack cheese.
Needed a little brush with melted butter.
Also better with bacon but this was a very fast cook and not a big bacon dripping grease fire. Pros and cons.

Oh wow!! Those shrimp look good. I have to agree with the bacon being the way to go. I'll have to give these a try.

I’m a bacon fan, but I’m betting the prosciutto will crisp up faster so as not to over cook the shrimp.

Yes, nice fast cook and no dripping grease to catch on fire. Melted butter brushed or dipped might make a world of improvement but still very good.
