    Fabulous! :cheer: Big Bob better watch out. :lol: The Bark turned out a little darker than expected I think because of the mustard paint but it was perfect, tender and juicy. The bark was actually vrey good as well. The flat was not as juicy as the point but still very good. I think next time I will cut the flat off when it is done like we talked about. Thanks a lot for the help. The pressure is off trying something for the first time for a bunch of people. I checked it at 2:30, 6:00 and pulled it at 7:30 Time for a good nap. :laugh:
