Wheat beer pizza dough

Did a whole pie tonight with a 50/50 mix of baby bellas and button mushrooms.One half of the pie had Texas sweet onion and then all of it was topped with some Parmesan.Cooked at 500 degrees for ten minutes and done.I chose a wheat beer tonight instead of the usual water for the yeast mixture.Was good.

Great looking Pie. What was the dough recipe? We are trying on different doughs and have not tried the wheat doughs yet.

Everyone has been saying to use beer in the dough. Hefeweizen my favorite so thanks it will be in my next pie.

Your dough recipe stays like it is.Just use your favorite beer instead of water in your prep.Stir it up a little to make it flat.
