Oh my goodness! I have found a new dish to add to the list of "Honey, would you make me ______ on your egg thingie?"[p]I did a basic spatchcock chicken and wrapped it in aluminum foil. I put 1 each yellow and orange bell peppers on the egg to cook for about 10 minutes during the last part of the cook. Pulled the peppers and steamed them in a zip lock bag during dinner. Pulled/shredded the chick, mixed in 1 cup chopped cashews, chopped roasted peppers, fresh celery, miracle whip, green seedless grapes cut in half, celery seed, fresh black pepper and tarragon. Mixed it all together and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Wife made homemade whole wheat rolls and served the chicken salad on open face hot buns.[p]I think the comment was, "you should make this for a pot luck. It would definitely be a conversation dish!"[p]Thank you to all who chimed in and contributed ideas and ingredients to my meal. We did make a toast to you at dinner.[p]Banker John
