Cannot find a package in the Markets labeled London Broil. A meat dept. person at Walmart said that it is same as a top round roast. Is that true? If not what is the difference? Thanks for any info.

    Babyray,
That would be true. Here is a link to a wonderful site that describes all kinds of meat cuts. I have done traditional labeled "london broil", and Walmats top round roast, they both tasted the same to me.[p]~nikki
