Just purchased a new medium BGE. Should I purchase a plate-setter or additional grill first? Also, what is a good first meal to prepare?

    Yes, you should get both and a pizza stone to match. Those three items will keep you going for sometime. I have a Medium and I use the platesetter all the time.[p]Hope this Helps,

    newmedbge,[p]If its one or the other, I'd probably do the platesetter first.[p]1st meal...tough call. I did steaks for my maiden voyage, and would recommend that. Spatchcocked chicken is also very popular and very simple.
