Oysters and Jumbo Shrimp

G-Man,
If you've got oysters on the half, try adding this mixture: little olive oil, butter, garlic and oregano. Pour some of that in the shell before putting on the grill. Once done, pull and top with some Romano/Parmasean (sp?) cheese.

I like to add a strip of green chili when they first go on the grill. If you want cheese at the end, try casera or shredded provolone.[p]Ken
