ok. an homage to Stump, who was a not-so-long-ago forum frequenter. I have spoken to him offline many times, and he's always maintained that his stories are true, un-embellished. I had to edit this one, because the movies are limited in length, alas.

But here is Stump, with a timely story celebrating Easter with the Stumps...

Original story by Stumpbaby, adapted for the screen

I will never, ever, ever, look at someone in an Easter Bonnet the same way ever again.

  • hehehehehehehehe!!!! Thanks Jeff. I knew once you were challenged that you'd pull it off. Brilliant! I wish you could change the voice to sound what I imagine stump sounds like when he's rambling through his stories. Hopefully, more to come.

Well, Stike, you've outdone yourself. I have now watched all 4 "Forum on Film" productions of yours, and this was the best! This is the kind of story that builds slowly yet keeps your attention. The imagery as well as the dialogue itself had me in stitches. This is comic material that could come from the likes of great story tellers such as Bill Cosby, Ron White, and Jerry Clower. Brilliant!

I knew it was his material, but you presented it in a medium second only to hearing the story told live. Everyone can now appreciate it again and again. Just like listening to an old recording of Clower telling the story of the "Coon Hunt" or Cosby's version of Noah's Ark. Classic stuff.
  • This will be a holiday classic, like The Ten Commandments and A Charlie Brown Christmas!

Great Job! You did Stump's Story justice!
