"Tandoori" chicken wings

Here's a new flavor for Egged chicken wings that we just did with great success. There are products in most large grocers or Indian grocers made by Patak. The recipe is:
a) 3 tbsp Patak's spicy ginger and garlic marinade and grill sauce
b) 8-12 ounces of plain nonfat yogurt
c) 2 small packs of splenda[p]Mix it all very well and bury the wings(about 35-40 half wings)in the sauce for 4-8 hours.
Set up the Egg for an indirect cook at 350-375 using an upside-down plate setter and grill on top of that. Cook until done: slightly charred and crisp - about one hour. We served ours with grilled corn. A great taste for wings. Enjoy.
