Brisket Burgers...Delicious

I had read on Bobby Flay's website about Beef Brisket Burgers. Ginny and I ground up a 3 lb beef brisket flat and 1 lb of beef tenderloin scraps. I patted the burgers out and added garlic salt, onion salt & pepper. I cooked them at 400 raised direct for 5 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other. We also had tater rounds & pineapple head pineapple upside down cake. I cooked the cake in a 10"CI skillet at 375 for 40 minutes. It was delicious....
