did my first friday night, did hamburgers and they turned out great. cranked up to 500 degrees, cooked for three mins, turned did three more mins, then cranked egg down and cooked a few mins more. yesterday, did ribs. turned out great but did not fill up firebox to top and lost heat at end, big mistake, if questions, try the search forum, i have wore this forum out. great advice,,,, as they say,do not reinvent the wheel. listen to these good folks.
