Sort of a Chicago Dog

I wuz hungry for Chicago dogs last night, but couldn't quite make them to the highest standard. I had to substitute Nathan's for Vienna Beef hot dogs. I had to substitute plain hot dog buns for poppyseed. I had to substitute sliced peperoncini peppers for sport peppers. Finally I passed on the pickle relish which I view as unnecessary. Many would criticize that I Egged the hot dog vs. boiled, but come on which would you enjoy eating more? :huh:

Curious, what are sport peppers? I've never heard of them.
