Hey Ross nice cook. I was wondering if you have done or have seen flap steak rolled up with stuffing inside, sliced into pinwheels then grilled? I have been thinking that it just might work. I got the idea from a stuffed tenderloin recipe, but am shooting for a less expensive alternative.

Hey Ross that is good looking carne! I have been buying my flap from Smart and Final at 3.00 a lb, marinate in chili powder,galic salt,mexican oregeno, sprinkle heavy with lemon pepper and soak overnight in beer.Afamily favorite!
