My egg is 3 weeks old and I have done turkey breast, jerk chicken, pork tenderloin.[p]I'm gearing up to do the pork butt for Independence day.[p]Thanks to all for the help and info that I have gotten so far. THis site is a gem.[p]Thanks to Chuck in NJ for showing me the way at the Stoveworks Customer appreciation event.

  • Nature Boy,[p]Turkey London Broil is a cut of turkey breast that is sold in the gorcery store here (Philadelphia). It is sliced lengthwise down to a size approximate to a beef london broil.[p]Once cooked, it is sliced down the same way.[p]

    Right.Brainer,
Are you trying to do a similar treatment to beef London Broil with shrooms and stuff, or just wondering how to cook it??[p]I would cook direct over a pretty hot fire so you get a good crust before it overcooks. Keep an eye on the internal temp, as it is easy to kill it by going over 170. 160-165, is good, and a short rest after you pull it off.[p]Let us know if you need any more specifics, or if you have an idea how you want to flavor the thing. A short brine is also something to consider.[p]Good luck!

    RIght.Brainer,
My dad is coming to visit from the Philly area this weekend and he is bringing a turkey london broil. I will let you know how he prepares it. We are also doing 18 pounds of pork shoulder for my daughter's first birthday party.
