Chubby,[p]Just the tails, eh. Well I eat about 4 lobsters a month and the only way I'll have them is boiled served with some butter. Given that I have not received by BGE yet, I cannot provide any advice on preparing them for BBQ. However, I'm certain I would not grill them if I had them. They will dry out and turn to rubber. I would suggest dropping them into some boiling water (in the shell) for a few minutes to warm them up Melt some butter and serve away.[p]

    Chubby,
This is probably too late but if not go to google and put this in the search box to see if it will help you out.[p]lobster tails site:biggreenegg.com[p]Cheers,

    Chubby,
I am kinda lame, and don't have the link, but Houndog's "Dwell in the Shell" recipe is killer. Maybe someone will come along with the link, but it might be too late.[p]From what I remember, 400 to 450 direct. Real quick. A couple minutes meat side down. Then flip, and dump on your melted butter on the meat side and close your bottom vent to "dwell" for another minute or three.[p]Good stuff... don't overcook them badboys! It really is good on the grill.

<p />Chubby,[p]Not sure if the picture will post. Cooked these boys a while back. When I get my BGE maybe I'll risk some smaller ones on her.

    Bean Town,
    Now those are lobstahs.
Anyone know what they eat? You wouldn't put one in your mouth if you knew.
;>) leaves that much more for those of us that enjoy them.
