Wow, I go out of town for a while (no computer) and come back to see I've really missed alot! (a few flames, some heated discussions, even a little "K" talk)[p]I know all of us on the forum are here for the good Q'ing talk and more. Now, let's all play nice and have fun![p]I miss ya' all and will have some smoked ... Brisket as soon it defrosts/thaws![p]Smokey

    Smokey, once in a while we have to have a good old fashioned pillow fight, spit out a few feathers, and go back to eating again. Helps thin the blood!! Kidding of course and let us know how the brisket comes out.
