Anyone recognize this recipe? Someone passed a hard copy of this out at the Florida fest. I'd like to know the originator so I can give proper credit.....


Dip, Buffalo Wing


INGREDIENTS:

16 Ozs. Cream Cheese
16 Ozs. Ranch Dressing
16 Ozs. Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
1 12 Ozs. Can Chicken
6 Ozs. Frank's Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce
Tostito Scoops

Procedure:
1 Mix all together and place in tostito scoops. Bake at 400°F intil bubbly- about 15-20 minutes.

    I am not the originator, but I posted a similar version of it to the recipe section here a year or so ago and have done it at a couple of cooking demos and NGE gatherings over the past couple years. I'm not sure who did it in Ocala.

    That recipe and many versions of it are all over the internet.

    I like to use boneless skinless thighs that I cook on the egg and chop up to put into the dip.
