gonna cook a turkey breast and some stuffed bell peppers later on today and hope to post the pic if I can figure it out...I never heard you guys cooking stuffed bell peppers on the egg.

    wil,[p]Actually, I've got them planned for this week myself. Got some nice green bell peppers at the grocery last week, 3 for a dollar, so my first thought was how can I use these on my egg? So, I'm busily searching recipes to see what I want to convert.[p]Hope yours turn out well and if so, please post the results.[p]QBabe
