Ribs and Boston Butts
Very close to buying my first BGE, the large one. How many racks of pork ribs (not baby backs) or Boston Butts could I do at one time?

I cooked 18 racks of St.Louis style ribs
standing up of course.

I have done 4 8lb butts at one time w/ a grill extender, though I could have fit 1-2 more.
