How much brisket....?

How much brisket can you cook at one time on a large BGE. I've got to cook some brisket in a couple of weeks and need to know how much can I do at one time. I'm pretty comfortable with stacking pork butts and getting 25-35 lbs on but will the same techniques work for briskets?

    I've stacked butts on the grill, but I've never tried stacking briskets, Bill. I have cooked two (about 23 lb. total) at once with one over the other on a raised grid with Eggcellent results. If you try stacking, let us know how it works.[p]Jim
