I'm starting to get a little more comfortable with the egg. Last night I made some teriyaki chicken breasts. I should have used more sauce but I was dealing with the baby and other inside stuff. I put on some potatoes coated in olive oil and doused liberally with Old Bay seasoning and finished with creamed peas (favorite of the wife). Didn't come out too bad. The chicken was left on a little too long but the potatoes rocked. I'm getting better!
