Thanks for the help, Chris and others. This was my first attempt at the Dizzy Pig Raging River Maple Glazed Salmon.
Heavy RR rub (no oil or butter on the fillets).
Followed the directions and glazed a couple of times.
Finished product.

Love salmon but haven't tryed R.R on it yet. Looks like you nailed the cook by the weep of the fish. Try it on a plank with the R.R next time.

Thanks. I let the dome temp get a little higher than I wanted - and you know how hard it is to get it down (acting like a newbie).
I tasted great, but was a little more done than we like our salmon.
That means "more practice" :woohoo: :woohoo: .
