Chinese Pork and Sirloin Steak

Wanted to try something different. Pork steak with Chinese BBQ Sauce I bought at a supply store. A cheap sirloin hit with the Jacquard tenderizer.

I buy locally the char sui pork and use for a rub on baby backs, then a hot korean BBQ bulgogi marinade/sauce that is 16% korean pear and apple.
