About the restaurant, it all appears to be going in good shape and timing... as I said yesterday I'm having some issues with the lease negotiation, but I guess that's always normal... The menu is ready with due dilligence and all, I'm going to be using 4 XL BGE as the grills and will be able to sit 75 covers...
