    Beer-n-Eggs (formerly BubbaGump),
I like to keep em simple...6oz patties splashed with worcestershire sauce, and coated with either dizzy pig cow lick or montreal steak seasoning. [p]~nikki

Beer-n-Eggs,[p]I second nikkig's suggestion below. 3/4" - 1" thick patties, use ground chuck (18% fat), rub with Dizzy Cow Lick and a splash of worchestshire, grill at 500 dome temp for 5 minutes a side for medium rare - medium. Also, a trick I learned recently: put the patties in the fridge for about 10 minutes before you put them on the grill, and oil down your grill with olive oil. These two steps keep the burgers from falling apart and sticking to the grill, respectively.[p]Good luck![p]TRex
