Quick questoin regarding NEW EGG

I already have a large EGG. My wife gave me a new medium EGG for Father's Day. I have been doing steaks on my large EGG at 3-3-3 minutes searing about 700 degress dome. Is there any difference in time or temp using the medium EGG?? We are going rare to slightly medium rare on the large EGG.[p]Thanks for the help.

    Doug,
I think you can do your steaks the same way on a medium.[p]TNW

I have found that the thickness of the steak has a lot more to do with the cook than the Egg size. 3-3-3 and 4-4-3 work well for steaks in the 1-1/2" to 2" range, less thick = less time all around (I've well-done'd a few that shouldn't have). More = more, but I've never had the pleasure of cooking steaks over around 2".[p]Bob V
