Thanks J for posting Giada's recipe. Made it last night and it is very tasty. I went heavier on the shrimp than the recipe called for. I would recommend it.

looks like you used some bacon instead of pancetta?

No it was definitely pancetta. I know because I had to pay $3.59 for 3 oz! The problem was that all I could find was the thinly sliced vs a thick hunk. I do think thick sliced bacon would work though.

Dang Bob I had forgotten all about that one. Great job on it. Has a completly differant taste than the norm. And for the record: you can never have to many shrimp!
