Wing Temp?

I was going to cook the "I dont know what you call it chicken" that was posted last night, but my wife wants some wings while the basketball games are on(who am I to argue?). What temp seems to work best with wings...I am planning on using a raised grid.
Thanks
Thanks

I did wings last night at 325. Took 45-50 mins.
Turned after 20, sauced at 40 min. (no raised grid though) They were outstanding! (sorry, not a basketball fan. Hockey dude. Hockey) -
Hey Egger! Good to see you again! My recommendation for wings...raised grid, yes, and indirect, 450 degrees, 10 min per side, then sauced 5-8 min per side. Yumm!

Thanks! I'll let you know how they turn out.
