All these eggfests, how bout Florida

There seems to be eggfests everywhere but for us in Florida, sure we're not far from Atlanta but we need our own. I know there are a bunch of eggheads down here so we need to set up our own eggfest, I suggest one of two formats: 1) A offical eggfest in say January, weather is nice, everyone could come down from across the country and take a break from their miserable cooking in sub freezing wheather and egg in their shorts and flip flops or 2) We just do the informal mini-fest wherevers handy for everyone in say September or whenever the heat breaks. Whos in?

    Count me in, especially if it's in the nicer part of the year (winter). We pushed this noodle a couple weeks ago and some others said they would like to attend. I talked to my local dealer, and he's not real interested in participating as we were talking about venues pretty far from his business (Orlando World). Looks like we'll have to go it alone unless we get assistance from the mother-ship in Atlanta.[p]BBS - aka Orlando-style Gator

    BBQBluesStringer, I'm between Orlando and Gainsville, I go down to Apoka which in near Orlando to get most of my stuff, they've got a pretty big display at that Pinch-a-Pinny, maybe they could help us out, but I'm not sure of the venue, Disney is huge but could be more trouble, I'm not sure, Maybe whoever could help set this up should discuss this via e-mail and see what we can come up with.
