Put the 8# boneless butt on at 10:30 am, mild, no wind, held steady at 180 :silly: then at 11pm, BIG winds, but still held steady!! :woohoo: Woke to big winds and snow around 3am and still holding steady!!!! :cheer: Got up at 5:30 and kicked it up to 250. Pulled at 715 am.
