No, this not the kind you look at. I bought three rabbits. they are about three Lb a piece, dressed. Actually quite naked. How do I EGG 'em. This person has an ample supply. If they are good I can buy more, cheap. Please not another sqirrel joke.[p]MAC

    MAC ,
I really don't know if egg'ing them would do them justice! We always fry 'em up like fried chicken. They are excellent that way, if they are young rabbits. Another way might be to brown them in a skillet and then simmer them in a white "chicken type" gravey. I've got a game recipe book that has them done up like that. If you used a cast iron skillet and then a cast iron dutch oven, with no lid, I'm sure it would work on the Egg.[p]If you want the recipe out of the game book, e-mail me back and I'll fire it to you![p]Good luck and good eatin'! • MAC , I marinade them (garlic, worchestire, red wine vineger), then butterfly cut them and Egg them at 450. About 5 minutes per side then cap off the Egg and leave them in for 5 more minutes. Even the snowshoe hares we got last winter were pretty good when prepared this way.
