3 1" thick skinless fillets[p]Marinated for 45 min:
2 tbs lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbs minced fresh ginger
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp bl. pepper[p]Preheated egg to 550-600. Oiled grate. Cooked for 3-4 min per side.[p]Very juicy, very mild, similar to Chilean Sea Bass at half the price. Held together very well on grill. Wouldn't say ot tasted like scallops, but very tasty nonetheless.[p]Highly recommended![p]Thanks for all the tips!
