Buckboard bacon pizza

We were preparing to make pizza with pepperoni. We pulled out all the ingredients and guess what...we couldn't find the pepperoni. I said to myself "self, you have some buckboard bacon thawed in the fridge." So I figured why not, sound good. Well It was. First the sauce then cheese then bacon, red onion, mushrooms, black and salad olives, sliced pepperoncini, and more cheese.

On the stone, high in the dome @ 550 for about 15 min. mmmmm

I know there's a ton of recipies on the Forum, but, try the "Perfect Pizza Dough" recipe on the Forum cook book. If I can do it anyone can. Plus it makes great tasting dough.

Man that's some great looking pizza. I love bacon on my pizza. Now talking about some strange looks when I usued to ask for it at the pizza joints :ermm:
