Did a version of a Steven Raichlen recipe. Cut the core out of two cabbage. Sauteed some bacon, onions, mushrooms, and garlic and stuffed the cabbage with it. Covered it with BBQ sauce, dropped on some cubes of butter, and let it cook at 400 indirect for an hour and a half with some Hickory chips.
