Heading to Longview then prepping for OKeggfest!!

Heading out tomorrow to Longview, TX to see the folks. They will be moving there permanently in the next year or two so I guess I'll buy him an egg for his retirement present.

But as soon as I get back it's time to figure out what to cook for the OK Eggfest! I would sure like to come up with something original but there've been so many good posts lately that it just may be a combination of beans, cornbread, moink balls, stuffed cabbage, stuffed grape leaves, stuffed pork, etc, etc! Makes my head spin thinking about it.

Anyway, you all have a great weekend and I look forward to catching up on 4 days of posts when I get home Sunday night!
