  • BubbaGump,[p]Well, I went with my own intuition here. I grabbed a bit of soy, a thick metal bundt pan (as I have a lot layin' around), extra virgin olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder. Brushed my pan, skeeted a lil' garlic powder and lemon pepper in the bottom, tossed in the mahi mahi. Brushed the tops and sides of my fish with more oil, laid the soy to it and skeeted on a bit more lemon pepper and garlic. Let her sit in the fridge for 30. Got my grill up to 300. Cooked for a few per side and plated it. She was absotively wonderful![p]Enjoy if ya dare!
