Ribs tonight

Well I found a package of ribs in my freezer along with some chicken thighs so I tought I would rub the ribs with some dry rub that I make. Once these have cooked for a few hours I will throw the thighs on my small!

Get a drip pan or some foil under those ribs...
With that amount of ribs I like to cook flat on the grid, but that's me.
