A nice veal steak for dinner.

Well had this nice big veal steak in the freezer so took it out for dinner today since i was by myself!
Came out real good,over cooked a bit would have like more rare but still dam good eats!!
All i did was heavily coated with fresh ground pepper and raising the steaks.
here it is after a good rest....
