brisket cook. lesson learned

Now I know. You need to have some slack in the lead from transmitter to brisket probe. If you don't, as the brisket shrinks the probe pulls out. This causes the alarm to go off at 3:30. This makes the wife mean. This in turn makes me afraid to go back to sleep. Never know what they will do when they are mean :blink:
