I may have found a new cooker , better than the egg? Hee Hee! I picked up a 22 pound Chuck Roll on Saturday, which I had cut into two pieces. This one was a little smaller than I though it was going to be. Last night @ 5:00 pm it was in the egg. @ 210 degrees. I rubed it with JJ's Rub. I woke up at 5:30 today went outside to check the roll. The dome temp was @210 degrees and the Polder read 195. I took it off at 196, and into the ice chest it went at six where it will rest for a couple of hours before I have Pulled Beef for breakfast. BBQ is good. And so is life, thanks Gordon!
