I like to take a bottom round roast, coat with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick and then roast at 325 until the internal temp is 125. (Pick the right internal temp for how done you like it.) Then slice thin and it is great. You can also go to the other end of the price range and do a prime rib. Great stuff![p]TNW
