Dinner Meatloaf and sausage wrapped shrimp

Ok started out by getting the eggs lit and setup for indirect cooking at 350f. Then got my stuff for the loaf ready.

chopped up onion and bell pepper

mixed it all up added salt pepper and cumin. the second one is for the wife she doesn't like anything in hers.

into the pan and layered the cheese

ran out of swiss so did some provolone on the small one

To the egg it goes 350f for about a hour

    Ok the sausage wrapped shrimp
    got the stuff out for that

    and on the egg indirect 350F till it reached 165F

    These really turned out great! Will be doing more and letting other folks try them to see what they think.

    that looks great!!! i really like the shrimp ;)


    i have not done meatloaf ina pan in a loooong time i usually put it on a pizza screen.. i think it gets a little more smoke... but i am weird B)
