Mini Burgers

Well the weather isn't quite as nice as anticipated but it is getting sunnier and it looks like we'll hit the 50's. Having my parents and sister's family over and the dinner will be Mini Burgers for the adults and hot dogs for the kids. Gotta go with what they like.

Here's the Minis under construction. After shots to come later.

Ssssshhhhh! Don't tell anyone about my high tech burger ingredient mixing technology. I use this rare tool to "cut" the ingredients into the meat.

    Yep. Used a pizza cutter to cut into 12 equal squares before throwing them on the Egg. Somehow I think I deleted my on the grill sots but I'll try and grab some after shots.
