best temp for a pork loin????

What the best temp to get my loin in my previous post to. I don't like well done meat but I don't wanna be gettin sick either. Any suggestions?[p]Thanks!

I prefer 145¡-150¡ internal and have had very good luck with the several that I have done that way. Others here will suggest 140¡.

BubbaGump,[p]Hey Buster you won't be getting sick unless you eat too much. You can eat pork rare these days just like beef.
Trichinosis in the states has been wiped out.
Go with Steve's temps. I like pork loin to be a little pink in the centeer and you'll find it's tender and moist.
If you go well done it'll be tough and dry as an old shoe.

Well, here it is. I went by my tru-temp, hit 150, stuck in my terhmapen and was at 155. Hmmm, she'll still be good!!![p]Had to throw a lil Q sauce on the last 15. Yummy!!!
