Thank you. Next time I'll probably skip the pizza screen and go directly on the pizza stone. It took a while to get the cheese out of the screen.

I just had to get another keyboard to replace the one that came with my computer. Both are wireless but this one works much better.

the reason i use the screen for only part of the time is i do not want to get the tortilla too crispy on the bottom.. it will get done before the cheese melts enough!!!
