Egged cheese burger and buns

We got home from Chicago on Sunday and the wife asked for burgers. I went to the freezer for buns but found none. Then I heard that voice in my head tell me "hey you could bake buns on the egg". So out came the secret family bread recipe(I had to beg my mom for it). The set up was plate setter legs down, temp 350, and pizza stone on little green feet. Transfered to the stone with parchment. After 15 min they looked like this.Sorry no action shots.

Then kicked the heat up to 500 for the burgers. The finished product looked like this...

Thanks but it is not a fast recipe. It is a traditional yeast sweet role dough like you would use for buns or cinnamon rolls or caramel rolls. Caramel roles FYI are a sacred thing in Northern South Dakota were I grew up. Everyone thinks that theirs are the best. That is why this dough is a secret!
