Eye of Round Help...

planning on doing an eye of round roast this evening, about 3#(?). can someone give me times/temps to medium rare on this? thanks!

<p />Porkchop,[p]I do mine indirect at 400* untli they are 130* internal. Start out with a light coat of oil then some Cow Lick rub or salt and pepper. Slice it up thin and eat away. Have a great day.[p]Chuck

you might also try rolling the eye in one packet of good seasons italian dressing mix - don't make the dressing, just use the dry mix - no oil, no nothing else......[p]use the whole packet to coat one whole eye of round.[p]good luck.
