It is pork Florentine.We buy these pork loins at Publix super market already made up.It is stuffed with three different kinds of white cheese and spinach.I think I will make the next one myself.

I cooked the loin in a v-rack over a drip pan on a raised grid at 350°.It only weighed about 2 pounds and took about 45 minutes to reach 145°internal temp.
