Yes, I eat a few but first I Egg em.

After they are cool I trim the meat off.

Now I mix it in with TexMex rice I cooked the day before in my rice cooker.
I add, if I have it? chopped onion,celery,D.P. Firewalk, fresh ground black pepper,a few shakes of Tobasco, red kidney beans, corn, sometimes a little Raspberry Chipotle sauce or BBQ sauce but not too much. Could also use a favorit tomato sauce in place of either one. Mix it all up, then store in fridge and use however much I want each night.
The wing meat really stands out when eating.
I now have dinner for the next 5 to 6 nights. Make a salad to go with it each night.

This I did today. Woohoo
Cheers,
Bordello

Mighty nice looking yard bird wings there. Might have to try them that way. It looks quite good. Well Done!

Thanks, that char is really good, I think it comes from the mixture I marinade them in as it had BBQ sauce in it.

what do you add to your wings?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

About 5 years but yer right,it has not had a lot of use but is getting some now. Single guy with 4 eggs so none work too hard. The small is getting a little more use now.
My large I've had the longest and is my favorite.

Mickey, I try to follow the recipe Fidel posted as close as I can but don't alway have the exact stuff. This last batch I added some Budweiser Smoked BBQ sauce to the marinade.
I also like a littl more heat so a bit of Tabasco,D.P. Jamican Firewalk, red chilie flakes.
Keep in mind I started with the basic recipe first then made a second and third batch adding mostly heat. I do really like the Budweiser Smoked BBQ sauce. :woohoo:
