Zucchini Carbonara

Finally got to make this dish but didn't think it be in the RAIN. Oh well, we need it very bad so I don't have any cook pics but I did use the wok in the rain. Mrs. FP saw this on Food Network and the dish turned out very nice. Made Zucchini Carbonara via the BGE. Mrs. FP substitued several things (eggbeaters, Ronzoni Whole Wheat Blend Penne Rigate & the half/half). Used some Boars Head Pancetta we had sliced. Nice & quick & tasty on a cool wet night.

We bought it over a week ago & have been trying to cook this but wanted to make sure we were going to use it. We didn't freeze it just had it in the fridge.

Also, practice makes perfect foodsaving.

It was tasty & I couldn't post my wet t-shirt pics showing the wok in action, cause it wouldn't be good seeing me wet w/an umbrella!
